IOB LBO Negative Marking
Yes, there is negative marking in the online examination. One-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
There will be no deduction for questions left unanswered.

IOB LBO Salary 2026
Selected candidates will join Indian Overseas Bank as Local Bank Officers in JMGS-I/Assistant Manager Scale-I.
The basic pay scale is:
₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920
Apart from basic pay, selected candidates will receive applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) as per the prevailing bank rules.
