Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

All purchases of digital products (courses, notes, PDFs, mock tests) are non-refundable once access is granted.

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction or double payment.

  • Technical failure resulting in non-activation of course access.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Send a refund request to info@airgurukul.com within 3 working days of purchase.

  • Mention your registered email, course name, payment ID, and issue.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Courses once activated cannot be cancelled or transferred.

  • Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction after access is provided.
