How cut-off is decided
- Number of vacancies (7,565 in 2026, higher than earlier cycles)
- Number of candidates who appeared
- Difficulty level of the paper and normalisation across shifts
- Minimum qualifying marks set by IBPS for each section
For the interview, the minimum qualifying mark is 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
