  3. Ratio = (2x−3y)(2x+3y)2x−3y=2x+3y.
  4. Expression = (2x+3y)−(2x−3y)=6y.

Trick: Put x=3,y=1 (2x>3y): 1296−648+8136−36+9−3=273−3=6=6y. Only 6y fits.
